I can't paste the screenshots I capture on Windows

For some reason I cannot pate the screenshots after I press "Print Screen". I have dropbox on my pc set to copy link when image is ready and then there is a pop up on the bottom right when I take a p...

Those cardboard boxes (icons) come from One Drive and not Dropbox L_ 

Have you tried temporarily disabling it or even uninstalling it to see how it goes?

Now some of the Dropbox cardboard boxes have turned into solid green filled ticks.

    Dropbox is not in the downline of OneDrive, so why would OneDrive affect it?

    Hi L_, if OneDrive and Dropbox are running on your machine at the same time, the sync icons are affected. 

    If you quit OneDrive or Dropbox do the icons change?

    Yes, I noticed that on the Desktop icons when I uninstalled and installed Dropbox.

    Are you saying OneDrive also affects the ones inside Dropbox even though Dropbox is not in the OneDrive directory?

    My observation would say Yes but it's interesting to know what you know.

    That's correct, the sync icons are affected by other cloud platforms which have their own sync icons. 

    When those apps are no longer running, then the icons aren't active any more.
