I can't see files that were shared with me in my account

Device
(Asus Laptop)
Operating System/Browser (if using the web)
(Windows 11)
Syncing Status
("Up to date")

Question or Issue
Please help me, my boss has a shared files with me and I cannot see it on my end but with her its there, I'm using dropbox webpage only. I followed the articles with firewall and its all fine. Please help me resolve this issues please.

    Did your boss share individual files with you or folders? 

    Do you know what steps she followed to share them?

    And if you go to your shared page, are you able to see them?
