I can't share any files with my members. It states "banned member", what can I do?
In this morning, I wanna share the folder to my member by inviting his email, but unable to share it where it stated banned member, what can I do?

11 months agoHey Chinseokyen, I'd suggest waiting till tomorrow to see if your sharing ability will resume.
However, if this is an urgent case I can open up a ticket on my end for you, in order for our specialized agents to help you with that.
