I do not see "Make available offline" when I right click on Mac Sonoma 14.5

Hi Megan, 

I restarted the computer a few times after having done this and it still doesn't work...

I did notice that files seem to store locally once I open them. But I still can't see the "Make online/Make offline" option

    Hey timothec, would you mind sending me another, full-screen screenshot of you right clicking on a file/folder please? 

     

    I'd just like to make sure the path looks correct. If it does, then we can take this to ticket, in order to have our specialized team look into this.
