Did you have another Dropbox account that was connected to a Dropbox team, and then link this personal and work account using these steps? This is because your Dropbox folder would've been changed to Dropbox (Personal), hence my question.
The 'Dropbox' folder with the arrow most likely is a shortcut to your main Dropbox (Personal) folder. The desktop app creates this hidden link for you, to prevent old apps from breaking when trying to access the old Dropbox folder, which would've been renamed to Dropbox (Personal).
