I just want to share my photos or videos to my computer/external hard drive. How to do so?

I just want to share my photos or videos to my computer/external hard drive. How can I do this seemingly simple task?

That’s so neat that I can specify the download location from Dropbox website, where do I do that?

You don't do that on Dropbox. It's a setting in your browser.
