Hi Nancy
Thanks for getting back to me. I have tried with both Chrome and Safari. Here is the message. this was a new build folder; there is no file open in there. The folder was built 2 hours ago.

9 months agoHey MandyWang, let me also jump in here!
How many files are in the folder itself? Also, how many people are you trying to share the folder with?
Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, closing it temporarily and then restarting it?
Let me know if this happens with all the folders you're creating on your end.

Hi Megan
I tried to clear the cache, but it still does not work. There are 10 folders in the root folder, but only 1 Word doc is in there. I was trying to share the folder with five people. I am now having an issue opening the Word doc; it keeps getting stuck on the loading screen. This is happening to every folder I built or shared with me.

Hey MandyWang, thanks for the update!
Do you use our desktop app, by any chance? If so, do you notice the same behavior when trying to share content that way?
Also, have you tried another network since you first noticed this?

Hi No, I have been working on the browser only. Due to the file size in some other folder, I don't see the point of using the desktop app. I have used my home network, my mobile hotspot, and my office network and have had the same issue.
