2 years agoHey rfilkin, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community and sorry to see you're having issues.
If you're updating a file through the Dropbox folder on your computer and the updates are not showing up either on the mobile app or on the website, it sounds like the Dropbox app on your computer is not syncing the changes.
What's the sync status and version of the app, when you hover your mouse over the Dropbox icon in your system tray?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

Hi rfilkin, my colleague would be referring to the Dropbox icon near the clock.
You can click that icon to see the full message on the bottom left, which would help us further.

Hey rfilkin, if you don't have a Dropbox icon in your system tray by the computer's clock, have you tried reinstalling the app again, without uninstalling it first, to see if this little icon comes back?
