Issue with Dropbox not syncing changes on MacBook Air (Early 2015) with macOS Monterey 12.7.6
Hello everyone,
I'm using a MacBook Air (11-inch, Early 2015) with macOS Monterey 12.7.6 and have updated to the new Dropbox version. I've been experiencing issues with file syncing. The status indicates files are up-to-date, but others accessing the same folders report not receiving the correct, synced versions (e.g., timetables). When I pause and restart the sync, it briefly shows as up-to-date, but the files are still not correctly synced.
Additionally, certain files like SVG, CSS, and HTML are showing as "syncing," but they remain in a perpetual sync state. It's like a long list of these files never completes syncing.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions for a fix?
Thank you

Hey, @febinjohny7, welcome to our Community!
You mentioned that others can’t see the progress and changes you make.
I’m assuming you’re making these changes locally on the device, right? If not, feel free to correct me.
When you visit your account online, are you able to see these changes there?
Feel free to also let me know the app’s current syncing status & version at the moment. You should be able to identify that by hovering your mouse over the little Dropbox icon on your menu bar, next to your WiFi.
Keep me posted, and we’ll take it from there!

Hey polishrifle123, sorry to hear about that. To look into this further, we’ll need a few more details on what you see exactly on your end (especially, when it comes to the Dropbox app’s syncing status and app version).
