Thank you for the post.
I should have mentioned that this is happening even with files or folders that I manually switch to available offline.
For example, I have a current project in Pro Tools that I stop working on at the end of the day. Come in to my studio the next morning, go to open the session and it won't because the files have been switched to Offline.
I manually switch to Offline, continuing working. The following morning the files are again Offline.

Can you send me a screenshot of the syncing icons you see when making your files available offline, and one more showing the syncing icons you see the next morning (even if you don’t see any icons at all)?
I’d like to have a visual and go from there.

Dropbox for Mac has been infuriating since Ventura in so many ways and none of them ever get fixed. I'm getting to the end of my tether with it.
