Missing photos from upload

In December, I noticed that Dropbox did not back up random sets of photos from my phone using the Camera Uploads function in the app. For example, Dec 13 I took over 43 photos and it didnt back up any...

Hi MrsP208, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Are you able to upload those missing images manually via the Dropbox mobile app into your account?

 

Are any of these photos Live Photos if you're using an iOS device?

 

This will help me to assist further!

Good morning,
None of the missing photos are live. The majority are jpegs with a few videos.

    Thanks for the info, if the support team have done all they can to assist, then there would be little I can add here for further troubleshooting on our end.

     

    To ensure that those photos are on your account now, I'd recommend uploading them manually in the Dropbox mobile app.
