Move photos from my Google Photos album to a friend's Drop Box

I have several hundred photos from a project. These photos are in a shared album within my Google Photos account. I no longer need the photos and would like to transfer all of them to the project's primary Dropbox folder.  I do not want them in my Google Photos account or to have them tied to my Dropbox account. Is there a way for me to move the photos without having to upload them to my Dropbox?

  • Hi cycling_gal, I'd be happy to answer this one for you!

If you don't want the files added to your Dropbox account, you can ask your friend to send you a File Request or you can use a File Transfer on your end.

In both cases, you can send the files directly to them so they can download and keep on their account.

If you have any questions, let me know.
