My Adobe PDF's are not Syncing with my Team Drop Box
When I upload/save my Adobe PDF's to Drop Box, the other person who accesses the team folder can't see them. Seems that when I checked the Sync, I could not see any of my saved/uploaded PDF's there. ...

It has been syncing for months 1,887 files that I uploaded from another file manager (One Drive). Looks stuck....

3 years agoThanks for the update RoxanneRB
Could you try fixing your hardlinks and permissions as outlined here and let us know if syncing gets stuck at the exact same number of files again?

I tried that fix you linked me too, it still says uploading 1,888 files

I don't know where to find the app version, just says Dropbox.
I downloaded the files from One Drive, and uploaded them to Dropbox. That is the only way I can do it.

You should be able to see the app version of your Dropbox app by hovering over the small Dropbox icon that should be showing in your system tray (at the bottom part of your screen, close to your clock settings).

Well, I have been using the sync fixes recommended by the community. I used "fix hard links," I uninstalled and re-installed Dropbox. But I am stuck at 2,093 files not synced.

Do these files that aren't syncing still have any syncing icons on them? Are they all in the same folder, or in random locations in Explorer when you look for them?

I have files in my File Manager/Dropbox that still have the syncing icon on them. Others have a green check mark.
I paused syncing yesterday and today I have 2,322 files stuck syncing.

Hey RoxanneRB, thanks for the additional info.
Can you also let us know your computer's OS and version and also the version and sync status of the Dropbox app?
To see the version and sync status of Dropbox, you'll need to hover over your Dropbox icon with your mouse.
If you could send us a screenshot of that, it would be even better.

Thanks for clarifying that for us RoxanneRB - much appreciated.
Could you send us a full screenshot of the app's status as shown in your system tray?
Also, can you try clicking on the 'view sync issues' button after clicking on your avatar after you clicked on the app's icon in the system tray?

As you can see it has the syncing logo on it.
