My colleague says I requested access to a folder but I didn't - how did this happen?
Hello. I received an email from my colleague saying that I had requested to join a specific Dropbox shared folder. However, I never sent such a request myself.
Is there any reason for that?

Hi ma-chong - thanks for the screenshot and the additional information.
When it comes to the shared folder request, one last thing to consider is that it could have been a request sent from someone else other than you through your own device or that you accessed a shared link to that folder. It's normal that you don't see anything in your account's activity on your end since you were never added to the folder in the end.
