My desktop app is forever waiting to sync on Windows and I see a red cross next to my files.
I have Dropbox Desktop Application downloaded in my Windows Laptop. However, any edits I make to any documents are not syncing and I see a small "red cross" against the icon of that file.
If I manually try to sync it, it's forever on "Waiting to Sync". How can I fix this?

I’d like a screenshot of your desktop app’s syncing status, as well as one more of what you see on your Plan page.
As for the red cross you mention, is it the one showing here?
