My Dropbox files aren't syncing to my new laptop.
I purchased a new laptop and my files are not syncing. They are still showing on a ipad that I use but not on the new laptop. How do I resolve this?

Yes, the same sign in is on both laptop and ipad.

9 months agoHey Pflugerbill 3703! Can you let me know the syncing status and app version of the Dropbox app on your laptop?
If you’re missing entire folders from your computer, can you have a look at your selective sync settings to make sure they’re not unchecked?
