My Dropbox folder isn't updating automatically for a week now - how to fix it?
Since about a week the dropbox folder of my pc doesn't update automatically. How to repair it?
If the icon is inactive its almost certainly crashed, or, isnt running.
Try a restart of the device and possibly a reinstall: www.dropbox.com/downloading

Hi there Carlo C.6 - sorry to hear about your syncing issue.
Could you please let me know your device's exact OS version and the version and status of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your system tray?
Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.

Thank you Mark. The problem has occurred a couple of times in the past months; I have reinstalled dropbox but not thought to restart the pc!
