Hi Jay, I apologize for using this thread for an identical error I encountered on my Dropbox account.
I'd like to point out that I've been a user since 2008 and that my account is only used for my personal documents, without any type of external sharing.
After a long time, I tried to share a file and got the same error as the user who opened the post.
This is quite unusual, the message is too generic. Could I have some feedback about this? Thank you.- Hannah2 months ago
