    If it's a shared folder, yes. You're not uploading to your client. You're uploading into a folder in your own account which happens to sync with your client. Since you're uploading to your own account, you need space in your account.

If i understand properly even client has been created shared folder, I too need to upgrade my plan to plus to share the document to client

If it's a shared folder, yes. You're not uploading to your client. You're uploading into a folder in your own account which happens to sync with your client. Since you're uploading to your own account, you need space in your account.

    Thank you very much, but the shared folder is created and shared by client to me.
