2 months agoWelcome to the Dropbox Community, monarchy, and thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If you open the Dropbox app, tap on "account", then on the gear icon and then on "clear cache", does it help at all?
I'd also suggested restarting the device, just in case.
Let me know how it goes and we'll go from there.
