5 days agoHi getanin, let's jump right into this!
Just to clarify, are you not seeing them in the photos tab online or in the photos tab on your Dropbox mobile app?
How large are the images that aren't previewing in the Photos tab? Are you uploading your files manually, using the (+) button, or have you enabled the Camera Uploads feature?
Do they have any filters on them, are they screenshots or just normal camera photos?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

It is in the mobile app, ios 26.
The images are from the camera, usually around 2-4MB. I am not uploading files manually, files are uploaded. I see them on the tab HOME under camera uploads. However I do not see that same images on the tab photos.
It doesn't have any filter. At some point, the new photos are no longer displayed on the Photos tab.

Hey getanin!
When did you first notice this behavior, and does this issue affect all photos and videos, or only some?
Can you also try to restart the Dropbox app using the steps mentioned in this article? While you're at it, have a look at the other steps too.
If you visit your photos tab online, are you able to see the files there? Lastly, can you send over a screenshot of your âPhotosâ tab in the mobile Dropbox app?
