No files showing on my Android app after changing phones
Hi, I upgraded to a new mobile and only yesterday I clicked on Dropbox app. It asked me to sign in, so I did but nothing showing.
So went back to my old phone, and same again.
I have 3 emails I tried the other 2 which I'm pretty sure I didn't use to register plus it was saying this email is not linked. As for the other email I'm like 99% sure that's what I used to register. I've gone on 3 emails and changed passwords but still nothing showing. I'm really gutted as I had alot of sentimental pics, videos and audios on there. Have been in touch with Dropbox via FB messenger but not really helpful.
I was told it could be that ive not logged on over 12 month's, tbh i hardly do log in but im quite sure that inhave done within 12 months. I've not shared or deleted any files either. The links they sent me on Facebook i can't access keeps saying blocked for some reason
This is the message it comes up with

For the first account, could you try logging in on a desktop machine to view the account itself? The second account appears to be completely empty on the site, as there are no files there.

There wasn't any files on the first one either. I clicked on something which then uploaded to it. Originally had lots of audio few pics and other stuff. Tried to search the folder name too. But nothing

It looks like these accounts have no files in them on the site.
If you're not seeing the missing files on the events or deleted files page, then there's a few possibilities as to why this might be the case:
- The files are on another Dropbox account
- They were on a shared folder you don't have access to any more
- The files were deleted outside of the 30 day period
- The files were permanently deleted

Hi jujhar singh, as mentioned previously, none of those accounts have any files on them.
Do you see anything using the links in my previous response?
