No option to "make available offline" in Dropbox for Windows new version.

You can either click our camera-like icon, or use CTRL+C to copy the content, and then CTRL+V to paste it here.

    Pasting works but there is no camera-like icon when I type a reply. This is what I see:

      One more thing that I'd like for us to try. Can you also try these steps, and let me know of the results?
