Not receiving photos from file requests
I have upgraded my account. I now have 2T of storage. I have emailed out links to send me photos. They are not coming through.

Hey Charjohn44, thanks for joining our Community.
Do you know if your recipients have actually uploaded the files to the requests?
Did you receive the automated upload confirmation emails?
If you open one of the links from a private browsing window and upload a test file yourself, is it coming through?
Let me know what you find.
- Charjohn443 years agoExplorer | Level 3I did not receive the upload confirmation. I’ll send one to myself. However, I have no doubt that the person I sent a request to followed the correct procedure as she used Dropbox often. Let me test the link out…… thank you !

The test file is coming through but I am not receiving photos or confirmations about photos sent to me from other people.

Thanks for the update, John.
So if you navigate to the file requests page, click on the respective request and then on "view uploads" nothing is showing up there?
- Charjohn443 years agoExplorer | Level 3No, nothing is showing up there from outside sources. My test photos came through from me though

Charjohn44, is it possible to check this with one of the users you're expecting these photos from? If the file request is working fine for you, then something else may be happening.
Can they perhaps describe the steps they're taking to upload the photos and/if they're having any trouble along the way or if they get any kind of error messages?

I’ll ask. She did not indicate that there was any issue.
