Not seeing a few folders in Dropbox in Windows Explorer on a new laptop

Hey StuartL - thanks for using Dropbox and posting on our Community!
As a first step, could you confirm that the Dropbox desktop app is 'up to date' and not still syncing in your taskbar?
If it's up to date, you can check your selective sync settings through the app's preferences to see if those folders are not synced to your computer.
