Hey Damien C.1, sorry to jump in here.
It's actually expected not to receive notifications on the mobile app every time someone adds/edits a file in a shared folder.
If you want, as a workaround, you can follow the steps in this article to "follow" the folder; that way, you can receive email notifications for file actions in the folder.
I hope this helps.

3 years agoHi Damien C.1, is it possible that you've disabled Dropbox-related notifications directly through the mobile's settings?
Can you check there too, in order to make sure that you're set to receive them?

Hello Megan,
Thank you again for the support.
Everything is activated on the phone (but no option is specifically related to shared folder).

Hello Hannah,
Thank you for the answer.
Ok, that would be a nice feature (just saying 😇 (Is there a "suggestion" area where I could submit the idea? Maybe here : https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Dropbox-ideas/idb-p/101002013)).
Best regards,
