Thanks for the screenshot! As a test, can you please go to your Dropbox account now and let me know if you’re still getting an error? You can attempt to share one of your folders, for example, to test this out.

Hi Jay, my friend was trying to upload a big file, but was unable to so that might explain it where it was going over the limit and then it kicked it back out. But that was two days ago. However, his friend then sent me the file from his dropbox today and I did a direct download to my external hard drive. Could it have been that?

Hi Walter, no, it looks like the issue has taken care of itself. I think that that was the problem was that my friend was trying to upload that big file. Thanks for all your help.
