Quickbooks .qbw file not syncing

I am having a problem with one of my clients Quickbooks .qbw files not syncing to my shared dropbox folder.  The .nd and .dsn files from Quickbooks are syncing but not the .qbw.   There are two Quick...

No, we coordinate so that only one person at a time is opening the file. 

I'm not sure about the sync icon....we do track the date, time and file size to know we have the correct file.  We noticed that these were not correct.  That's when we changed the file name to see if it would sync.  The only files that synced through were the .nd and .dsn files.

    It sounds like either Quickbooks is OPEN and so it cannot sync, or, Quickbooks has moved the location of the file to outside of the Dropbox folder - have you checked where its saved?
