Quickbooks .qbw file not syncing

No, we coordinate so that only one person at a time is opening the file.
I'm not sure about the sync icon....we do track the date, time and file size to know we have the correct file. We noticed that these were not correct. That's when we changed the file name to see if it would sync. The only files that synced through were the .nd and .dsn files.

2 years agoIt sounds like either Quickbooks is OPEN and so it cannot sync, or, Quickbooks has moved the location of the file to outside of the Dropbox folder - have you checked where its saved?
