Recently scanned files show duplicates

This problem started 3 months ago, whenever we scan something, it started to show a duplicate of each document before filing where they belong, however, once we move it to a respective folder both the original and duplicate merge?... not sure but once they are moved, we don't see the duplicate anymore. It has been bothering us for a while now...  the recently scanned list becomes longer due to all the duplicates. My team and I scan lots of documents daily!

The scanner we use is connected to a desktop that does not show that problem but only in Dropbox online....

can I please get assistance on this??

Thank you.!!!

Hey FOORT16 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you please let me know how you're scanning your files to Dropbox and send me a screenshot of how those duplicates look on your end?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

We use a sharp printer. We already called the company that manages the software, and they said that problem is not on their end because all scanned documents look normal in the desktop that is connected to that specific printer/scanner.

    Thank you!

Are those duplicate entries showing as separate events in your events page or are they listed under the same event FOORT16?
