Iām trying to email to my @addtodropbox.com address. Dropbox says Iām set up but none of the emails land in my āEmail Attachmentsā folder. Iāve sent from my Mac and Gmail accounts and Iāve logged in on iPhone and PC. š¤·š¼āāļø

I think you've misunderstood how the feature works. It doesn't save email messages; only attachments. If you send an email with an attachment, the attachment is saved to the folder. The message itself is not saved.
