Sent File Request - Other party gets error message that I do not have enough space.
I sent a file request. The receiver has a 1.6 GB file to send to me. When he drags the file onto my link, he gets a message that (my name) is low on space, and cannot upload the file. According to my account, my 2 TB account has 1.9 TB available. I certainly have plenty of space. Any idea why this is happening?
Thanks!

Would you mind taking a look at your plan page right here, and also send me a screenshot, please?
Is it possible that you have two Dropbox accounts, and that you may have confused the two?
