Shared link blocked, again

Hi, I begin to be used to it : my account is again blocked because of a suspect file. I deleted it, and replaced it, this should be okay, but the account is now stuck.

Help please.

Hey Nemesis666 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

It sounds like you shared links were banned. What is the exact error message you're getting?

Did you receive an email from Dropbox informing you about the ban perhaps?

Any additional information is more than welcome!

The website tell me I should have received a message, but I didnt.

The message were about the internal checking thing which tagged the file as banned, this often happens when the dropbox checker detect that signatures on files which can modifies DLL or Kernel, I'm used to it.
This is the reason why I used to encrypt my files to avoid this kind of issues, this didnt work well this time.

Thanks for the additional information there Nemesis666

Would it be OK if we reached out via email to have a further look internally?
