That seems to be the intended behavior, at least for Keynote files. You'll need to download the file to your device to see the entire presentation.
Why am I only seeing the first page of my file?
If youâre trying to preview one of the following file types, youâll only be able to preview the first page or frame of your file. Youâll be able to see the rest of the pages if you download and open the file.
- .numbers
- .pages
- .key
- .kth
It would be helpful to know what the limit is for the slideshows. I might be able to remove a few slides so that the link creates access to the slideshow again. I don't think it is practical to have my group members who are seniors download the entire slideshow. It could be significant on their machines. The slideshow serves as a reference and resource. Slides are updated regularly with upcoming dates and location, new information. Each monthly illustrative 'lesson' of 4-5 slides has taken a good amount of time utilizing presentation features as a technique. Using Dropbox worked well for us until at least June when we paused for summer. Why the change? Any suggestions?

288MB for files that preview as presentations.

I have split my large presentation into two parts so 'too large a file size' no longer applies. I sent myself a link to both parts through email to be sure it works before I send it to my group. The link does not work. I've highlighted it and used Command K as an extra step but it still doesn't work. Any advice?
