Shared links to Powerpoint and Keynote presentations no longer work. "File too big to preview."
I have easily shared Dropbox links to my group members in the past for Keynote and Powerpoint. Now, the link is not to full presentation but to the first slide. Why?

Thank you.

I have split my large presentation into two parts so 'too large a file size' no longer applies. I sent myself a link to both parts through email to be sure it works before I send it to my group. The link does not work. I've highlighted it and used Command K as an extra step but it still doesn't work. Any advice?

Hi Holly3902, I hope you're doing well!
Do you get a new error now, when trying to access your links? If so, what is the exact error?
Feel free to send me some screenshots, in order for me to have a visual too.
Keep me posted!

Okay ... I have tried to redo things and I do find the link now works. However Dropbox is asking me to log in with my password now which is because I am communicating differently, with you perhaps.
I seem to get different screens for Keynote and Powerpoint once they are loaded. Powerpoint allowed me to progress from slide to slide; the other asking for my password? And, when I get to the Keynote presentation, I only see one slide without the option to view the other slides. I am attaching some screenshots. The first is the Keynote showing only the first slide; the second, Powerpoint and says 1 of 43. How do I have group members see the rest of the Keynote presentation.
Another question: Is it necessary to put my group members' emails now or is the link sufficient, as it used to be.
I'm sure I'm missing something fairly basic here. Hope you can help me out. It was always so simple before: I sent the link and our members were at the presentations in full.
