2 years agoHey atcinla, let's jump right into this!
Have you made sure that you have the available space, in order to copy the folder into your Dropbox account?
Does this happen with every new folder, or just a specific one?
Let me know more!

Yes. I have enough space. This is happening with all new folders. I donât see from anyone anymore that I could âsave the folderâ i have multiple photographers and videographers they all send me content via Dropbox and lately nobody has been able to send me âSave Folderâ option.

Hey atcinla - sorry to jump in here, but are those folders listed in your Shared tab and if so, are you able to add them to your account from there?
- atcinla2 years agoExplorer | Level 3Yes. Iâm able to add folders that are shared. I duplicate the folder copy into my Dropbox.
The issue is anyone who sends me a link now days I canât âSave to my Dropboxâ before all people who sent me links would have that option. So what do I tell people who send me the links. What they need todo so I could save the folder into my Dropbox?
