2 years agoHi atcinla, when you view the post, there should be a camera icon where you can attach images.
Otherwise, you can copy and paste a screenshot directly into the post itself, in order for us to assist further.

Iâm using my iPhone safari browser to access this and there are no options to attach anything on here. Additional options only show âemail me when someone repliesâ

Are you only trying to copy the folder via the mobile device? Do you get the option when viewing on a desktop machine?
- atcinla2 years agoExplorer | Level 3Yes only mobile device. Since they text me links. I used to see it on my mobile device. I like to save the work they do for me on my Dropbox just in case they delete it.
Iâm not sure what the issue is with this. But we tried customer support on both ends and they are clueless as well. They canât answer any questions. - Jay2 years ago

If you've already been in contact with the support team directly, then there wouldn't be anything else I could add onto their comments, since they would have more access to investigate this matter in more detail.

They were unable to answer my questions, they just wasted my time asking for screenshots and had nothing to say. The people who send me links also contacted support and they couldn't help them. I just got a link from someone else and it says "SAVE TO DROPBOX" so obviously there are some settings that MY LINK SENDERS dont have it set up but nobody can tell me what settings are those so they could change it.
