sharing files - they stop playing after one hour
I regularly share my video ZOOM files with my clients , most of which are 1 to 1 hour and 30 minutes in length. Several of them have complained that the recordings stop after the one hour mark,...

Walter hi,
The problem is that our files length is more than 1 hour.
We do "Disable download" .
What can we do?

Since your video files are more than an hour and at this moment the preview of those on our website is capped at 1 hour, you may want to consider breaking up your recordings in two files before uploading them to Dropbox through a 3rd party app.
I know this is far from optimal, but I hope it helps!
