Sharing permission error when using the WordPress plugin

Hello,

 

I use "Out of the box" wordpress plugin to show documents in my site.

It was great.

Today in files i uploaded, when i try to open I have this error:

The sharing permissions on this file is preventing you from accessing a public shared link. Please contact the administrator to change the Dropbox sharing settings for this document.

 

It's strange because older files are fine, have the same rights and users.

I have new files' preview but i cannot open them.

 

Someone could help?

    Can you please give me some more info as to what kind of plan you're on? Are you a member of a Dropbox Business team?

     

    The shared link in question, was it created by you or a different account?

     

    Does it work outside of WordPress?

      Hello Hannah,

       

      It's a Dropbox Basic account.

      I created the link, if I use it in browser works.

      The plugin (out of the box for wordpress) is configured with the same dropbox account I used to generate the link

        I think the plugin uses dropbox apis to retrieve the links. It has a file browser and you can open directory and files.
