Slow Uploads Speeds on 1GB Dedicated Leased Line
I am experiencing less than 10MB/s upload on a connection which I have 1GB dedicated.
I can confirm the upload speed of my connection to any other server or speedtest is 1GB when testing.

Speedtest is showing 900 Mb/s and down. No issues on any server.
Dropbox has slowed down to a snails pace now, 3 Kb/s.....

Just to prove that my speed is as I have described.
Dropbox still ultra slow on both native app and Synology Cloud Sync.
