Smart Sync Not Showing Up on Windows 11
Hi! I am on Windows 11 and have a Dropbox Business account.
The Issue:
I cannot see the option when I right click a file, to Smart Sync > Local or Online Only

I think this has been solved. For some reason dropbox was not enabled in the task manager, startup section within the menu. I then went to system configuration, “General” tab and selected “Normal Startup”, then “Services” tab and identify if Drop Box is “Running” and enabled that. This followed with a prompt to restarting the PC.

Can you also let us know the sync status of the app, as shown when you hover your mouse over the Dropbox icon in your system tray?
Are you only missing these specific options, or other Dropbox menu items as well?
