sync issues - restart will solve but any other way?
I have issues with sync, but if I restart my macbook, all the files will be synced. How should I solve this problem without restarting my macbook many times a day?

3 years agoHey langzi, sorry to hear you're having issues with this and thanks for the screenshot!
May I ask if you installed the desktop app with admin privileges in the first place and if you've also granted Dropbox full disk access as outlined here?
If you could also clarify your device's exact OS and the app's version and status, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks!

I deleted the app and reinstalled app, same issue. Only when I restart the computer, it will sync.
The McOS is Ventura 13.2.1, and app version is 177.4.5399 and I checked all folders to sync.
The files that are not synced are WPS's excel editing, but when I create a new WPS excel it will sync to all devices.
