I'll need you to let me know the exact sync status, as it appears when you hover over your Dropbox icon.
Also, did you notice that this issue appeared after some kind of update either on your computer or on the Dropbox app?
Have you restarted your computer at all?

My drop box statue is up to date.
It's been about 3 weeks, following a Mac update.
I restarted my computer, my Finder, updated dropbox, uninstalled and reinstalled drop box, did another Mac update. Nothing works. Some of my employees also have this problem.
Also, when I browse my Adobe software, I see the icons, but I don't see them in the dropbox folder on my desktop.

Thanks for this, Meganemarin11.
Could you please try the following steps to see if they help?
- Click on the Dropbox icon from your Desktop and quit the application
- Open your Activity Monitor from your Mac Utilities folder
- Force quit out of the instances of the Dropbox application that are running by searching for "Dropbox" in the search bar, then clicking on the "x" force quit icon on the top left
- Re-start Dropbox from the applications folder by double clicking on the Dropbox application
- Click on the Apple icon in the top left of your screen
- Click on "force quit"
- Relaunch the finder
Then, please follow these steps:
- Click on the Apple logo located at the top-left of the screen
- Click on "System Preferences" (Or: System Settings > Privacy & Security)
- Click on "Extensions"
- Click on "Finder Extensions"
- Only leave Dropbox Finder Integration ticked
- Once this is completed "suggest" to close the window
- Click one more time on the Apple logo at the top-left of the screen
- Click on "Force Quit"
- Look for "Finder" on the list
- Click on "Finder" and then "Relaunch"

Hello Hannah !
I did the first step and it didn't change anything. I wanted to do the second step, but I don't have the âExtensitionâ option because I'm on Sequoia 15.3.1.
So I still have the same problem.
