Syncing problem on macbook
Hello, a few weeks ago I decided to remove two large folders of my Macbook. Therefore, I went to the selective syncing thing and pressed update in order to delete these folders. The thing is that it was syncing until today (the number of files syncing was kind of frozen) when I gave up and excluded the folders to the trash and deleted them. However, even after this, the dropbox is still saying it is syncing. I just want to solve this issue immediately because it is giving me headaches. I tried to uninstall and install dropbox again and still is not working. Please help me

Could you please clarify your device's exact OS version and the version and status of the Dropbox desktop app installed there as shown in your menu bar at the moment?
This will help us assist further.

My MacOS is Ventura 13.2.1 and what I found here about the Dropbox is v197.4.7629

I should uninstall my current version and download the Standard Installer or Offline Installer (Apple Silicon)?

No need to uninstall frediedidier - just download and install from the page I linked to in my previous response.
Note that you can choose either of the installers.

I work with data and probably will have to sync a lot of files. How can I avoid to have this kind of syncing problem again? Thanks a lot!
