Syncing the same folders after manually copying them takes forever

So I have a 150gb music library on dropbox - one main folder with many subfolders etc. I have a new PC and want that music folder and dropbox app on the new PC. I don't want to use all my i...

Update - it just finished syncing. So took about 36 hours all up for anyone else reading this. 
You just have to turn notifications off whilst it's doing it and you won't really notice the process.
