"This file requeste has been closed, deleted, or never existed" error after restoring the account.
HAD OUR ACCOUNT HACKED, THEN RECOVERED. THE LINKS FOR THE FILE REQUESTS SINCE THEN HAVE NOT WORKED

8 months agoThanks for the ticket number and the screenshot, Greg! Are you seeing the same error message for all of your previous file requests?
How about your old Dropbox files? Can you see everything restored on this page?
I’d just like us to isolate the issue as much as possible and proceed to the next step.
