Unable to access the shared folders

Hi Team,

One of my client has added me and invited me for her family plan of dropbox. She has uploaded folders on the dropbox but I cannot see such folders. Can you please assist me how I can see those folders.

Hi there Vibhavan Sompura - sorry to hear about this.

Can you please clarify what plan you're on at the moment, and if you see the shared folders in your sharing tab?

Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

    Hi Walter,

My current plan is dropbox basic but my clien's plan is using family plan and she has added me into it. Also, I can not see the shared folder as well.

Did she use the correct email address Vibhavan Sompura? Can she see your account as a member of her family account on her end, or as a member of the shared folder?

No, it shows me as a dropbox basics.

That means you are not using the Family Plan account. So you have either accepted it to a different email and account or not yet accepted it.

Ask the Family Plan owner to check their records/account and see what email you have joined with
