Unable to Upload files

    Hi Sanchez:

    Well, what I ended up doing was to drag the file I wanted to upload over to the upload button and dropping the file there....That started the upload....

     

    I now have another question for you.. I now want to delete a file using the Dropbox website. I login to my account, but I am unable to figure out how to delete.  Some of the instructions I found on the Internet say to click on he icon next to the file name...I don't have this...Can you possibly help me with this problem?

Thank you, Daphne.  I received no error messages.  Just nothing.  Funny thing but when I tried in Chrome, it worked.  I was in Safari.  Why would this be?

I’m glad to hear you got this working via another browser, thanks for letting us know what worked for you! I can suggest clearing the cache in your Safari browser first.
 
Otherwise if this doesn't resolve the issue, please try a private Safari window and try again. If this allows you to upload files then it suggests that the cause is an extension in your browser.
