Upload APK files
Can I upload APK files to Dropbox?
I'm not talking about the select set of integrated apps Dropbox uses; im talking about regular, non-split APK files, of small to moderate sizes.
- I don't see why not, but note that Dropbox isn't responsible for handling the extraction of the APK file, but your device and the software you'd be using to extract it.

Hey Zefon376, thanks for posting your question to our Community today!
You can upload any kind of file you want to Dropbox.
Of course, you wouldn't able to open the .apk files, say, on our website, but you'd be able to upload them.

I work EXCLUSIVELY on mobile devices, and I tend to hold many more apps locally that I only use about 20%of the time, andA) I've had NO luck with other cloud services, andB) APK files don't always play nice with external storage implementations.
We'll see. - romantaylor4 years agoExplorer | Level 4
