W11 Dropbox sees My Nikons & USB once connected. Not Neo storage that's perfectly usable in Explorer
Application Affected
(Dropbox not uploading video)
Device
(Laptop_PC )
Operating System/Browser (if using the web)
(Windows 11.)
Dropbox App Version (if using the app)
(Last version) >> full Customer 2Tb
Question or Issue
Explorer sees all removable storage, also the Neo as G: once connected
Dropbox ignores only the NEO and its storage under G:
( no reason given )
What should I do to sync Neo's video with the other image media?
Auto-play is set to ask and sync via Dropbox

Sorry for not explaining that correctly. I've !Never! been interested in Dropbox Backup. BKPs are managed outside Dropbox.
I want to sync into the Camera Upload folder any Photo or Video on any supports that happens to be connected to Laptop_PC.
So far, Dropbox on Laptpop_PC has never missed syncing any memory/storage that has been connected.
How can I force Dropbox to do that on Neo storage? - Jay2 months ago

Hi Alain Church, thanks for messaging the Community!
Are you referring to having the external storage detected for the camera upload feature in the Dropbox desktop application, or do you want to use the Dropbox Backup feature?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
